Good Grief!

Look at these CANKLES! Geesh!! I am only 5 months pregnant. I can’t imagine what I am going to be dealing with in another month or two!!!!

It was a watery Sunday

Here is a picture of Zayveon and I from Sunday.

Yesterday, I left him in Charlotte to spend the week with my parents and my sister.
Z’s daycare is on vacation this week, so he went to spend the time with my family.

I left after he woke up from his nap. I wasn’t even 30 seconds away, before my eyes started getting all watery. I told myself that he and I are going to be okay, and we are going to each other on Friday. After I got home, I became emotional again. There was no Zayveon running up to me, no Zayveon pestering me to close the garage door, just, no Zayveon. Throughout the evening I had some tissue with me, when I felt overwhelmed, I just dabbed my eyes and kept moving. I told James that he would have to excuse me, and he said that it was okay.

My mom called before sending Zayveon off to bed, and he told James and I Hi! and Night-Night.

This is not going to be an easy week. James did say that he was going to marinate some steaks for dinner, and we would have steaks, baked potatoes and salad.

That will help.

The rest of my first day

Let me tell you about the rest of my day.

I went to my first prenatal aqua aerobics class.  Those exercises were no joke!  Every appendage itched while we were exercising.  Even my belly was itching!!!  

Here is the “best” part of the class.  We had a peeping Tom watching us the whole time.  His name was Mr. Roach! Ewwwww!  He sat on the handles that you use to get in the pool!!  Everyone else got in despite the roach on the handle.  Me?  I walked to the other side of the pool, got in, and then waded through the water to where everyone else was.  When it was time to get out…the same thing.  Everyone got out of the pool with the roach still sitting in the same position on the handles.  Me?  I waded back to the other side of the pool, and then got out.  Hmph.  I was going no where near him/her!!!

I started to take a picture of the roach, and then I decided that I did not want a picture of Mr. Roach on my blog!

 

Today is my first day of blogging!

After reading several of my friends blogs, I have decided to give blogging a try.  Basically, this will be a way for my family and friends to keep up with what goes on in my life on a somewhat, I hope, consistent basis.

I will of course, talk about my son and his daily antics, how I am feeling, with me being pregnant and all and maybe some occasional events here and there. We (including me) will just have to see what happens!
